His journey began in 2007, when he decided to turn his passion for technology into a platform for solving complex financial challenges. A graduate in Information Technology from UPTU, he has always believed that technology should simplify, not complicate, business processes.
With a deep understanding of the challenges faced by NBFCs and Microfinance Institutions, Mr. Pravesh spearheaded the creation of Vexil’s flagship solutions — Integrated Financial Software (IFS) and Integrated Microfinance Software (IMS). These products have empowered financial institutions to redefine how they manage loans, compliance, and operations, setting new benchmarks for efficiency and reliability.

Her career journey is a story of determination and leadership. As a co-founder, she has been instrumental in the design and development of 100% Make-in-India software solutions like Integrated Financial Software (IFS) and Integrated Microfinance Software (IMS) — innovative platforms that streamline processes for NBFCs, Microfinance Institutions, and the banking sector.
In recognition of her contributions to the IT industry, Ms. Yadav was honored with the "Fever Champions Award" for Excellence in the IT Industry, presented by Fever 104 FM. Her leadership is guided by the principle of “Value for time – give less time but ensure quality, result-oriented efforts.”
